Concrete steel reinforced walls

Concrete steel reinforced retaining walls can be constructed by using the method of concrete and reinforcing steel cast in a cavity between lines on bricks or by use of shuttering. In the design of this method of retaining wall, the length and height are considered to establish the required concrete strength, steel requirements and layouts as well as foundation design. This type of wall is more expensive than the traditional dry stack wall. However, the type of wall required will be determined by the client, architect, or engineer.
